Single SKUOne carton type. Searches layer patterns and reports cartons per layer, layers and total per pallet.
Mixed loadDifferent SKUs on one consignment. Groups cartons of similar height into layers, fills the gaps with whatever fits, and spreads the order across as many pallets as it needs.
Round itemsDrums and tubs stand upright, square or staggered, whichever fits more, and can carry cartons on top when allowed.
Packing rulesTurn 90°, lay on side, or carry up to 2× its own weight on top. Fragile cartons are protected.
LimitsFootprint, overhang, max height and max weight respected. If an order doesn't fit, it tells you why in plain English.
